Our Mission
Eating Thai style almost always involves a number of people. Enjoying good food in the company of friends should be a reason for happiness and celebration. A Thai meal is composed of a variety of dishes, with rice as its focal point. It should include a combination of these flavours: sweet, sour, salty and hot. Typically, there are no rigid rules about what dishes are served together. Unlike in the West, a meal is not made up of separate courses. It is commonplace for all dishes to be served at the same time and enjoyed together.
