I also act as special local counsel on public offerings and complex cross-border deals.
Law and business is increasingly complex. That’s why I concentrate on business law, exclusively.
Some of the things I don’t do:
House deals, wills, divorces, criminal and highway offences, juvenile cases, litigation.
I don’t act for lenders and borrowers in the same transaction to avoid conflicts of interest.
