About the Author
I received my Realtor’s license in 2005 and since then have immersed myself in the business.
In two short years my work ethic and passion for the business have driven me to the position of top producing agent in my office. I’ve achieved more sales and transactions in my short career than most successful agents achieve in ten years and I credit a lot of this success to the fact that Real Estate is in my blood. My father was a realtor and a Mortgage Broker and was a perennial top performer.
Before my Real Estate career, I owned and operated four businesses simultaneously, all of which are still operating an profitable today. These businesses were built on the principles my Father taught me: Provide a high quality product a reasonable price with excellent customer service and support and you will succeed.
My educational achievements include a degree in Mathematics and Geography and minor degrees in Computer Science and Statistics. In 1990, I graduated with these degrees from the University of Toronto, Erindale College, in Mississauga. I’m finding my extensive background in Mathematics and Statistics very helpful in Real Estate. I’m able to use these resources when researching property values and past sales analysis.
In addition to my keen interest in the Real Estate market, I have several hobbies, two of them being music and golf. I was a finalist at the 2001 Re/Max World Long Drive Finals for golf in Mesquite, Nevada and I still carry a single digit handicap. For over 25 years, I’ve played guitar both professionally and recreationally. In 2006 I signed a U.S. record deal based on some music I wrote back in the early 90’s.
I like to spend whatever spare time I have with my wife and three beautiful children.
