Q: What kind of deposit do you require?
A: We require 50% down on all orders.

Q: If I bring my logo on a disk / CD/ USB Drive/Flash memory card, what format works best?
A: Depending on your needs and the design of the sign, many formats are viable. Have your logo formated in JPEG format without compression, and if it's a vector then in .AI (Illustorator) or .CDR (CorelDRAW) formats. Please refer to the File Preparation page.

Q: Can you make a sign from a digital photograph?
A: Yes, and we do often! The better quality the photograph, the better your digital image will turn out! Make sure your photo is atleast 300dpi or more.

Q: I see many vehicles that are completely covered in advertising, can A1A Signs & Graphics Inc. provide this service?
A: Yes. This depends on your vehicle and budget. The best thing to do is have one of our design engineers inspect your vehicle and take measurements for a quote.

Q: If I have special color matching requirements, or need to have my letterhead and business cards matched can A1A Signs & Graphics Inc. meet my needs?
A: Yes. Depending on the type of sign and it's uses, we can match according to your needs.

Q: Do I need a permit for my sign?
A: You may or may not. We will do the work to find out exactly what you need and help attain the permit before the sign is installed if necessary.

Q: If I am getting a sign installed on my vehicle, how long will my car/truck/van be out of service?
A: Most vehicles can be lettered in one/two business days.

Q: Can my sign be delivered?
A: Yes, we can deliver your signs, but we do not cover all locations.

Q: Does A1A Signs & Graphics Inc. create trade show graphics?
A: Yes, and often. We can customize them, or sell you pre-fabricated, travel booths.

Q: What is the largest sign I could order from a A1A Signs & Graphics Inc. full service sign center?
A: There are no signs too large for us!
